We are 100% shipped as of Friday! 5,000+ packages out the door (including the first round of replacement tubs). I am so pleased with how this project has turned out- I know we had some minor delays, but in the time of COVID, we did our best!

If you have any other issues with your duckies, please email me at [email protected] and I'll get you sorted. I'll be taking the next week off to recover, but after that any remaining issues/problems will be handled!

Duckie lovers! As we said in the most recent update, we have started shipping out rewards last Wednesday. As of this morning, we are 25% shipped!!!
Some of you have reached out to me to let us know that your bathtubs arrived cracked- that's no good. We don't need a leaky bathtub, now do we? To solve this, all future packages will include more protective packaging and will hopefully arrive more safely.

Hi Friends!
Congrats, it's 2021- Happy New Year!
This is just a brief update to say we are still very much stuck in port. Between the holidays and COVID cases climbing, the ports are overwhelmed. I am in contact with our logistics agent directly, and will let you all know as soon as I have any more (hopefully good) news.
