Friends! Duckie Enthusiasts! My Darlings!
I have a very good update for you all! It looks like we will begin shipping dice to you all mid-December; I just got word the dice are about two weeks out from the port now.
There are still 105 of you who have not filled out your survey?!? How can this be? Surely you want your duckies as badly as I want to send them to you? Please PLEASE finish your surveys if you have not.
If you have address concerns, please contact me ASAP!
We are so close to the finish line- thank you all for coming on this journey with me. It means so much that our first Kickstarter was such a big success and such a wonderful experience <3

FRIENDS.
The manufacturer has informed me that they are done with production! They have absolutely finished with the d20s, d6 and d10 sets, and are packing the polyhedral sets this weekend. I have sent the final payment and they will be on their way to us next week!
This does, however, put us about two weeks behind our original schedule. It takes about a month for the dice to travel overseas and arrive, go through customs and land at my doorstep- that puts us at hopefully early December arrival (but that depends on customs).
In order to help speed things up once they arrive, I am going to do two things:
1. We are going to lock all addresses November 15! This way I can go ahead and create packing slips, get all the admin stuff out of the way, and be as ready as possible to ship when the dice do arrive.
2. I am hiring several local friends to help pack and ship your pledges; originally it was just going to be me, but since we are delayed we will need more hands! We're going to have a weeks-long packing party to make sure every package gets out as soon as we possibly can. By myself, I can ship ~200 packages a day; with help, I'm hoping to be able to finish all fulfillment in just over two weeks from when the dice land.

Hello friends!
I have some behind-the-scenes news, updates, and some shipping info that will make some of you very happy!
The factory sent me photos of our dice-in-progress, and they look great! We are still mostly on schedule for December fulfillment; the dice production should be done mid-late October, then they will make their way across the ocean to me, pass through customs, and as soon as I receive them we will start shipping them out to y'all!

Don't worry about the ink being a little messy- this shot is before the polishing stage; all that excess will come right off while they're tumbled and before they get to us!

Stretch Goals!
We now officially have received EVERYTHING for the stretch goals- the bathtubs ( all 22 HUGE boxes of them), pins, stickers, washi tape and item cards- so I can begin packaging all those up in preparation for sending them once dice get here. Those of you on twitter know I've spent the past week putting pins on backer cards- we're about 1/3 of the way done with that! 6,000 pins is a LOT of pins, y'all; once those are backed, I'm going to assemble little stretch goal "packs" so fulfillment will be faster in December!
VERY IMPORTANT SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT UPDATE:
For those of you who backed at the Sticker, Single Duck20 and Double Duck20 (and did not select any dice set or additional add-ons), please double check your address! I will be locking addresses for this segment of backers (about 300 of you) on OCTOBER 15 so I can start shipping out your rewards EARLY NOVEMBER! You should receive an email from Backerkit today, and then on 10/13 before we officially lock.
EVERYONE ELSE:
Please take a moment to double check your address! We will (hopefully) be locking addresses in mid-late November once the dice enter customs in the US. It usually takes 7-10 days for them to clear (depending on tons of uncontrollable factors), so that will be our address-locking target!
As always, if you have a question or concern, please let me know! I try to check kickstarter messages and comments a few times a week, but the BEST way to get me in an emergency is via email (theevergreenburrow at g mail dot com). If you have Backerkit questions, the team there is very responsive and can help with everything from pledge issues to backer rewards to address changes to password resets; anything they don't know how to answer gets kicked up to me.
I've heard from a few of you who've run the Duckie Delight one-shot and I so deeply appreciate your feedback and responses! It makes me and Judy Back (the writer) so incredibly happy that y'all are enjoying the adventure <3

You should be getting an email from Backerkit sometime today with the download link to the PDF. We playtested this during the campaign and it was a whole duck-load of fun, so I hope you all enjoy it!
